We hope you love everything that you order, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date it was delivered to return it to us.

We can only accept returns where the items are returned clean, unworn and have all their original tags on.

To return an item, contact us at returns@mirari-attire.com with your full name, order number and order details within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Let us know what the reason for your return is, and if everything is in order and your return is approved we will get back to you with a shipping label. You can then print this out and attach it to the repackaged items, making sure that you also include a note of your name, order number and address in the parcel before you send it back to us.

Please make sure that you obtain proof of postage. 

We will process your return as soon as possible once we have received it, but please allow up to 10 working days of us receiving the item.
