Do you accept Klarna?

Yes, you can buy now and pay later by selecting Klarna at checkout.

Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend it or change the recipient / delivery details.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your full name, order number and a description of your order.

If the order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to cancel it.

However, if it has already been processed or dispatched, then you will have to go through the returns process.

What if I receive the wrong item or a faulty item?

If you have received the wrong product or there is something wrong with your item, please contact us as soon as possible with reference to your order number and details about any issues.

We aim to resolve all issues as soon as possible.

Shipping

What are your delivery times?

Your items should be delivered within 3-7 working days after we have received your order confirmation.

How much will shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we send our orders out with DPD and your email confirmation will contain a tracking number.

Do you provide worldwide shipping?

We currently only ship to the UK.

Do you offer express delivery?

We currently only offer standard delivery on all orders.

Returns

Can I return an item?

We hope you love everything that you order, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to return it to us.

We can only accept returns where the items are returned clean, unworn and have all their original tags on.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour of an item, you will need to place a new order. 

Are returns free?

Yes, if something isn’t quite right, you can return your items to us free of charge.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, contact us at returns@mirari-attire.com with your full name, order number and order details within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Let us know what the reason for your return is, and if everything is in order and your return is approved we will get back to you with a shipping label. You can then print this out and attach it to the repackaged items, making sure that you also include a note of your name, order number and address in the parcel before you send it back to us.

Please make sure that you obtain proof of postage. 

We will process your return as soon as possible once we have received it, but please allow up to 10 working days within receipt of the item.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once you have sent back your item, we will aim to process your refund within 10 working days of receiving it. 

All returned items will be refunded to your original payment method once they have been inspected by our team.

Please also bear in mind that it takes 2-5 days for items to reach us once you have sent them back. 

In total, returns can take anywhere from 3-15 working days. If you haven't heard from us in more than 15 working days, please get in touch with details about your return.
